Learn to make tender, flaky pie crust. We’ll not only eat delicious pie, each week you’ll take home a double crust to use at your convenience.
Week 1 – We’ll make an Autumn favorite, Pear and Gouda Pie with cheese pastry, and Grandma Ople’s Caramel Apple Pie with Classic Pastry. We’ll discuss tasty uses of leftover pie pastry while we enjoy a tossed salad followed by pie and homemade ice cream.
Week 2 – Boozy Pies! Both Bourbon Pumpkin Pie and Alsatian Pecan Pie would be a spectacular finish to your holiday table. Once again, we’ll share a salad and dessert.
Week 3 – Savory Pies! Wild Mushroom Fontina Quiche and Oregon Shrimp & Scallion Quiche. We’ll add a salad for dinner and a surprise dessert.
