What’s for dinner?  That lingering question at the end of every long weekday!

Join us in the teaching kitchen the third Sunday of the month!  In a few short hours this Cooking Sessions will Fuel Your Week…

Sound familiar?

a)  I’d like to eat healthier and save some money but I just don’t have time.

b)  When I get home from work, I’m too tired to cook.

c)  It’s too much trouble to cook a whole meal for 1 or 2 people.

d)  I never learned to cook and it sounds too complicated.

The cooking instructors at North Coast Food Web understand.  Better yet, they have a fun way to address the problem.  Sunday Supper is a once-a-month opportunity to join others in cooking up scrumptious, healthy, economical entrees to take home, freeze and pop in the oven at the end of a long day. 

Menu:

Scallop Potatoes with Ham

Lasagne 

Vegetarian Chili with Cornbread

Meatloaf

Each of the 4 or 5 entrees created can will feed 1,2,3 or more people, you can choose!  If you have more mouths to feed, class fees can be adjusted to reflect the number of meals required to suit your needs.  In other words, you can write your own meal ticket.  Class includes a packet of recipes and a sit-down meal together when the work is done.

You will learn  just how easy it can be to take inventory of our food and pantry at home and create a plan. You can reduce your family’s grocery spending, improved the quality of your meals, reduce trips to the store, and reduced the stressful chaos that used to surround dinner hour.

This is hands on cooking, were everyone gets involved in the food preparation, cooking and eating!

You may cancel your registration for a class up to 48 hours in advance of the class starting time and receive a credit to transfer to another class of equal value, refunds are given on a case to case basis, and a small processing fee may apply.

No discounts/coupons/scholarships accepted for this class.

To cancel a registration, contact the Kitchen Coordinator, Wendy D’Agostino at 503-468-0921 from 9am-2pm W-F. Holiday hours may vary.) No refund or exchanges will be given on classes that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the class. North Coast Food Web reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, chef illness or inclement weather. We will contact you by email or telephone and issue a refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability). If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
